The County Grand Lodges of Glasgow and Central Scotland were pleased to accept an invitation to attend the Grand Orange Lodge of England AGM Sessions over the weekend of 22-23rd September hosted by Manchester Province.
An excellent meal was enjoyed on the Friday evening followed by a well attended parade around the city of Manchester on the Saturday afternoon. Bro. Kirkland and Bro. Menzies had the honour of laying a wreath at the Cenotaph in the city centre on behalf of their respective County Grand Lodges.
Thanks were extended to all for their generous hospitality and fantastic fellowship afforded to the visiting brethren.
Our congratulations are extended to Bro. Ron Bather who was re-elected as the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the Grand Orange Lodge of England.
